It is not possible to guarantee the entire deposit amount under the lease agreement, and you can be guaranteed the price minus the senior bond from the housing price. Senior bonds refer to the right to receive money before you do, and include taxes, bank loans, or senior deposits.

In order to subscribe to HUG Jeonse Guarantee Insurance, the following conditions must be satisfied.
The guarantee fee rate varies depending on the amount of the guarantee, type of house, and debt ratio, and details can be found in the table below.
For simple comparison, remember that HUG’s highest guarantee rate is 0.154%.
